Philip’s Kitchen? Where’s that restaurant located you ask? Well right here at our home of course! As it is (or was) Father’s Day, we name it as such.
What better way to spend Father’s Day but be at home eating home cooked gourmet meals right? It’s cheaper too! What exactly did we eat? Let’s find out!!!
For the appetizer… bread and our very own special dip!

The dip’s made up of cheese, sour cream, spinach and artichokes.
We also have a platter full of New Zealand Baked Mussels.

Yummy I say.
My personal favorite. Oh so creamy and buttery.

For the main course (as if the appetizers were not enough already), we have lamb chops with ham & mushroom fettucini in cream sauce (topped of with brussels sprout).

And that’s not all… we still have Molten Hot Volcano Chocolate Cake for dessert!

With the crust opened (see the hole):

Sweet!
I want to greet all the fathers (including my father of course) and the fathers-to-be out there a HAPPY FATHER’S DAY!!!
