Jenn: By any chance are you using PLDT DSL as your ISP provider? If so, you might be having DNS problems, try to change your DNS settings and you should be able to see the pictures. You mean the Cebu recap? Sure feel free to use the technique on how I did it.

The first photo, “The Sun in God’s Hand”, is magnificent.
The clouds do look like a giant hand holding the sun.
